Update history
September 30, 2010 Patch (Mann-Conomy Update)
- The Handyman's Handle was added to the game.
- This hat's texture and model was improved by the original author.
- This hat's paint texture was improved.
- [Undocumented] This hat was added to the Mann Co. Store.
Trivia
- Plungers worn on the head are an old-fashioned comedic reference to insanity or lack of intelligence.
- The wooden handle was originally intact; it was later "broken" to reduce the hat's height. The original texture still reflects this.
