The Magnanimous Monarch is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is a kanmuri with yellow bands and a variation of the Imperial Seal of Japan displayed on the front.
This item was purchasable in the Mann Co. Store until April 6, 2011 for $99.99 with all proceeds, excluding taxes, going to funding the American Red Cross relief operations in Japan following the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami.
