The Australian Hightower Highjinx community medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to players who participated in the Australian Hightower Highjinx tournament.

There are two medals for tournament participants depending on how the wearer's team ranked in the season (Champion or Participant), as well as medals for helpers and donors to the charity drive. Each medal depicts a golden Australia, with the initials AHH and Hightower's central tower inside of it, adorned with a plaque that reads "SAVING LIVES".

The Participant medal has a purple outline and features a shovel at the bottom, the Champion medal has a blue outline and features a crown, the Donor medal has a green outline and features heart, and the Helper medal has a pink outline and features a cross.

The Donor medal was awarded to players who donated at least $5 AUD to the Australian Hightower Highjinx charity drive, through either item or monetary donations.

These medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
