The LAN Downunder tournament medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to players who participated in the LAN Downunder tournament.

There are 4 medals with differing appearances depending on how the wearer's team ranked in the season (First, Second, Third or Participant). The medals are all held up by a yellow and green striped ribbon. The placement medals depict a kangaroo, platypus and an echidna, engraved on golden, silver and bronze medals, respectively. The Participant medal is a light red medal with an engraving of Australia.

These medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
