The Rail Spikes are a Miscellaneous item for the Pyro. It adds gold bands covered with steel spikes to the Pyro's neck, gloves and oxygen tank.

- The item's description is a reference to a line spoken by Wheatley in Portal 2 about how he came up with Crushers. "Had a bit of a brain wave.
