The Pyrovision Goggles are a miscellaneous item for all classes. They are a pair of goggles with round lenses and "Optical Mask" printed in between, reminiscent of the Pyro's mask. When equipped, players are able to see in Pyrovision: map textures are replaced with those of Pyroland, gibs and pickups are replaced with their counterparts from birthday mode, other players' voices become high-pitched and they laugh when injured or killed. However the goggles will not change textures on some official maps, or any custom maps regardless of if they are using the original textures.
Before July 5, 2012, the goggles are distributed in Vintage quality to all players who launch the game. Alternatively a Unique version of the item is awarded to the player by either completing the A Fresh Pair of Eyes achievement, dominating a player who is wearing the goggles in a similar fashion to the Ghastly Gibus hat, or getting it as a random drop.

Bugs
- If equipped on the Demoman and then equipped on another class, the left eye will not be glowing.
Trivia
- Items obtained in Vintage quality have an additional attribute below the first saying "Witnessed the 2012 inferno".
- When worn by Demoman, because of his lost eye(or Monoculus), his eye patch is replaced by a small window in the goggles, blocking his eye socket from view.
