The Medic Mech-Bag is a cosmetic item for the Medic. It replaces the default backpack with the metallic backpack worn by Medic's robotic counterpart. This item can be obtained by playing Mann vs. Machine (Mann Up Mode).

This item cannot be worn with the Quick-Fix or Vaccinator as it occupies the same equip region.
