Hook, Line, and Thinker publicity blurb

The Hook, Line, and Thinker is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It removes the Engineer's default hardhat and adds a ghostly fish hook ripping off his scalp, exposing his brain.

The Hook, Line, and Thinker was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
