The Planeswalker Helm is an unreleased Headwear item for the Medic. It resembles the tusked helm worn by Garruk, a planeswalker characters from the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering. It appears as a rough metal helmet covering the top half of the face, with small eye-holes, and stylized tusk-like protrusions extending down past each cheek.
