It appears as a team-colored [[Wikipedia:Fez (hat)|Fez]]  that sits atop the Spy's regular balaclava along with sunglasses. If the Familiar Fez is equipped while having the other items of the Saharan Spy pack (L'Étranger, Your Eternal Reward), the Spy's cloaking sounds are reduced in volume, but at the cost of increased cloak blink time. The Familiar Fez is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a team-colored fez with a black tassel and small golden bead that sits atop the Spy's regular balaclava, with a pair of sunglasses that covers his eyes.
