The Honcho's Headgear is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It is a paintable black peaked cap with a team-colored ribbon embossed with the Soldier's class icon in black and gold, and a pair of aviator sunglasses.

Trivia
- Often mistaken as a Spanish term, the word "honcho" originated during World War II and is derived from a Japanese title, hanchō, for a military squad leader. It means a foreman or a person who exercises control over workers.
- This hat is based on the one worn by General MacArthur, head of command in the Pacific during World War II.
