The Star-Spangled Strategy is a community-created special taunt for the Soldier.
When activated, an easel of paper appears from the ground; the Soldier takes out a retractable pointer and points at the paper, which has a team-colored message to kill the opposing team ("KILL BLU TEAM!!" for RED or "KILL RED TEAM!!" for BLU) written over a previous set of objectives. He speaks out a predetermined voice line as he points at the paper and raises his left fist, then deliberately snaps his pointer on his left thigh as the easel disappears into the ground.
The Star-Spangled Strategy was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
