The ETF2L Highlander Tournament medals are miscellaneous items that were awarded in Genuine quality for the 2010 ETF2L Highlander Community Challenge 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placed finishers, as well as for those that participated in the tournament. However, it was not given to players whose teams lost by default.

- The models for these medals were previously in the same style as the 119th Update badges before being changed to their current state.
- The description on the participants' version of the medal reads; "given to the players who participated in the tournament", instead of the level number that appears on the other versions.
