Dr. Whoa is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic and Spy. It is a team-colored Template:W and Template:W combination.
Dr. Whoa was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Doctor Whoa."

- The Dr. Whoa was added to the game.
- Fixed some visual conflicts with the Dr. Whoa bowtie and other items (added "shirt" equip region)
- Updated the Dr. Whoa so it can be crafted and traded.

- Fixed the Dr. Whoa paint not drawing correctly for the Blue team.
