The Under Cover is a headwear item for the Spy. It is a wide-brimmed hat that sits atop a set of bandages that completely covers the Spy's head.
This hat can only be worn around Halloween or in a Full Moon, so it does not appear in gameplay. However, it can be equipped in the headgear loadout slot, and in the character preview it shows the player wearing the hat.

- The Under Cover was added to the game.
Bugs
- The Under Cover has clipping issues with the Noh Mercy, Summer Shades, Professor Speks and Deus Specs.
- There are some clipping issues seen with the chin during taunts.
Unused content
- The Under Cover has coding in its texture that allows it to be paintable, but remains unused.
Trivia
- The hat and bandages are based on those worn by Griffin, the main character from the novel Template:W, upon which the Invisible Rogue costume set is based.
