The Moonman Backpack is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a retro-futuristic, rocket-shaped gas tank that replaces the Pyro's oxygen tank. The metal tip of the rocket is team-colored.
The Moonman Backpack was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.

- The Moonman Backpack is now droppable, craftable and purchasable.
- [Undocumented] Removed the "pyro_backpack" region, and added "back" region to the Moonman Backpack.
Unused content
The Moonman Backpack is set up for paint to be applied, but the ability to do so is disabled.
