This hat is unlocked by completing and turning in the "Free For All" contract from the Jungle Inferno Update.

Bugs
- Sometimes the Monstrous Memento will not retain the original material file and instead appear as full-on white, blue, yellow, black, or pink. That happens because the item is incorrectly set up as a paintable item while it is not.
