The Last Breath is a community-created miscellaneous item item for the Pyro. It appears as a skull covering the Pyro's mask with team-colored lens and adds a respiratory muzzle to each side of his mask, instead of the normal one to the left and one in the middle. Note that The Last Breath will only appear on the Pyro if you have it equipped during Halloween or a Full Moon.
The Last Breath was a contribution to the Steam Workshop.
