The Head Warmer is a community-created headwear item for the Pyro. It is a team-colored hood, with fur surrounding the rim and a small fluffy ball at the top.
The Head Warmer was originally known as the "Incinerator's Insulator" when it was contributed to the Steam Workshop, but the name was changed by Valve before implementation into the game.
