The Garlic Flank Stake is a miscellaneous item for the Sniper, introduced in the October 27, 2011 Patch. It entails two bulbs of garlic that dangle from the Sniper's bullet pouch, as well as a blood-stained wooden stake fastened around his left leg by a pair of leather straps.
When all the items of the Camper Van Helsing are equipped, the wearer's headshots will cause the target's head to explode.
