Ze Goggles are a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. They are a pair of clunky, military-spec night-vision goggles. Based off of the US PVS-5a night vision goggles used throughout the 1990s period.

- The name and description of the item are a reference to the line "My Eyes! Ze Goggles do nothing!", spoken by Rainier Wolfcastle in the episode "Radioactive Man" of the television series The Simpsons.
- The design of the item is a reference to the Ecto-Goggles from the Ghostbusters series.
- The backpack sound effect of the item is the same sound effect of turning on the nightvision goggles in the Counter-Strike series.
