The Strasbourg Scholar is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It gives the Spy an open suit jacket with a darker vest underneath, as well as a tie closer to his ski mask's color, and a different pair of pants. Both the suit and pants have a subtle checkered pattern.

This item has two styles, named "Patterned" and "Plain". The "Patterned" style gives the jacket and pants a grid pattern, while the "Plain" style makes them plain.

The Strasbourg Scholar was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
