The Randolph the Blood-Nosed Caribou is a headwear item for the Sniper. It appears as the head of a caribou with a glowing nose, placed on the Sniper's head. The item's rarity is 'Unparalleled' and can potentially be obtained by crafting the Steam Holiday Sale 2013 badge. This hat is visually identical to another Sniper headwear obtained through the crafting of a Holiday Sale 2013 Badge, the Smissmas Caribou, apart from the team-colored nose.
