The Ramses' Regalia is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It makes the Medic's default outfit resemble a pharaoh's robe. The additions include several golden bands with markings that look similar to Egyptian hieroglyphs, along with a strip of fabric with his class symbol being held by a golden disc engraved with a stylized heart. The material hanging from the belt swings about under movement.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Ramses' Regalia was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
