- Le Party Phantom was added to the game.
- This miscellaneous item was added to the Mann Co. Store, made craftable and included in random drops.
- Changed from a headwear slot item to a misc slot item.

- Changed "face" equip region to "head skin".
Unused content
- Le Party Phantom has been set up to be paintable, but remains unpaintable in-game.
Trivia
- "Party" in the item's name refers to a Template:W, and "Phantom" refers to the eponymous Template:W, who wears a similar mask to hide the scarred portions of his face.
