The Huntsman's Essentials is a cosmetic item for the Sniper. It appears as a leather quiver with tan trim that replaces the Sniper's rifle case on his back. It will carry arrows regardless of if the Huntsman is equipped or not.
The Huntsman's Essentials was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
