The Outback Intellectual is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Sniper. It is a teamcoloured sweater vest with a diamond pattern.
The Outback Intellectual was originally known as the "The Touching Story" and included a pipe when it was contributed to the Steam Workshop, but the name was changed by Valve before implementation into the game.
