It is awarded in Genuine quality to players pre-ordering Deus Ex: Human Revolution before August 22, 2011.

- There is a seperate model file for each class, implying that this hat was originally intended to be for all classes.
Trivia
- The Nanobalaclava is a reference to the Template:W, also known as balaclava helmet, a form of cloth headgear that covers the whole head, exposing only parts of the face, such as the one the Spy wears. The Nanobalaclava would seem to be a futuristic version using nanotechnology.
