The Stovepipe Sniper Shako is a promotional hat for the Sniper. It is based off a military cap used from 1800 to the 1880s, which was a tall, brimmed cap that usually had a plume.
This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchase the Total War Master Collection or own or purchase Napoleon: Total War and/or Empire: Total War on Steam before October 1, 2012.
