Bugs

• The Item schema reports the Storm Spirit's Jolly Hat as being paintable, however its texture files are not equipped to be painted, instead being equipped for self-illumination - single texture files cannot both be paintable and self-illuminated. The texture file's alpha channel for this item is also blank causing self-illumination to have no effect.
