The Rat Stompers is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a pair of damaged, worn out leather boots that are missing laces, with the Heavy's toes poking out of the right boot. It also adds a torn appearance to his pants.
The Rat Stompers were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
