The Ol' SnaggleTooth is an unlockable headwear item for the Sniper released with the Polycount Pack. It is a head of a crocodile. The Sniper puts his head in through the bottom, and sees through the mouth. If equipped with the other items of the Croc-O-Style Kit (Sydney Sleeper, Darwin's Danger Shield, The Bushwhacka), the Sniper cannot be killed by headshots. This is not the same as immunity to headshots. Any headshots that would do damage equal to or greater than the Sniper's current health only bring him down to 1 health. This effect only applies when all four items are equipped together. This hat can be renamed, but it can not be painted.
Trivia
- The hat may be a reference to the video game Template:W. In it the main character Big Boss wears a hat practically the same to disguise himself in the swamps of Russia against a terrorist threat.
- This is actually the second Sniper hat that involves crocodile teeth, with the Trophy Belt wrapping around his default Slouch Hat. Given Snaggletooth's name (meaning a tooth that is broken or not in alignment with the others), and the large amounts of missing teeth and bottom jaw, it seems quite possible that the two hats come from the same animal.
