Dominated, ya headshottin' Judas!
The Demoman, having his head protected

The Glasgow Great Helm is a community-created headwear item for the Demoman. It is a dark iron medieval great helm with a square metal panel bolted over the left eyehole. It covers Demoman's head almost completely, leaving only his eye opened.

The Glasgow Great Helm was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Pillager's Barrel".

Update history

July 10, 2013 Patch

  • The Glasgow Great Helm was added to the game.

Trivia

  • The helmet is styled as a "Great Helm", a bucket shaped helmet that was originally created to help aide in the Crusades.
  • This item, together with Dark Age Defender, was a part of Svdl's Dark Age of Demolition Demoman set.
    • Originally, this item had four styles: only the helm (this one was left by creator and added to the game), with a pair of horns, with a crown on it's top and with both horns and crown. Three latter ones were dropped because the importer tool did not support styles.
