The Das Blutliebhaber is a headwear item for the Medic. It is a top hat with a team-colored band and glasses, including fangs for the Medic as well.
The Das Blutliebhaber was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.

- The name of this item means "The Blood Lover" in English.
