The Brainiac Hairpiece is a miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a set of Template:W, and features a frizzy white hairpiece and mustache. The item was named the "Maths-Enhancing Hair-Do" in promotional materials on the Australian Christmas 2011 update page on the TF2 Official Website and the Weta Workshop website.

- The Brainiac Hairpiece was added to the game.
Bugs
- In the store view, Engineer wears his hard hat, thus causing the hair to clip through the hat.
- This misc has severe clipping issues with most Engineer's hats.
