The Planeswalker Helm is a headwear item for the Medic. It is the identical to the tusked helm worn by Garruk Wildspeaker and is of the same type worn by Venser, two planeswalker characters from the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering. It is a rough metal helmet with short spikes at the top, small eye slits and tusks extending down along the jaw.
The Planeswalker Helm, along with the Planeswalker Goggles, were added to the game as "upcoming promo items for Magic: The Gathering".[1] There has been no further announcement as of yet regarding these items.

Trivia
- In Magic: The Gathering, players take the role of planeswalkers -- powerful beings who control magic, travel between planes of existence and do battle with each other. Other planeswalkers are featured as major characters in the different storylines.
- Garruk Wildspeaker is a planeswalker who is a nature mage and beast caller. He is aligned with green magic, the color of healing in the game and rather apt for the Medic.
- The item description is a reference to the fact that Garruk is known for summoning and working primarily with large savage beasts in the storyline and card game mechanics.
