Auf Wiedersehen, Schweinehunds!
The Medic

The Planeswalker Helm is a headwear item for the Medic. It is based on the tusked helmet worn by Garruk, a character from Magic: The Gathering. It appears as a rough helmet, decorated with short spikes, with two tusks that extend the length of the wearer's jaw.

Along with the Planeswalker Goggles, the Planeswalker Helm were added to Team Fortress 2 as "upcoming promo items for Magic: The Gathering".[1] There has not been an official announcement regarding these items as of yet, and as such, they are unreleased content.
