It is good day to be giant man!
The Heavy

The Big Chief is a headwear item for the Heavy and was released as a part of the Australian Christmas update. It appears as a Native American Template:W, with the Team Fortress logo on its sides. Viewing this hat from behind shows that it has a brown backplate. Although the headdress is bundled with The Hibernating Bear set at the Mann Co. Store, it is not required to obtain the item set bonus.

To distinguish itself from the Chieftain's Challenge, the feathers have a different pattern, are much less broad, with much sharper tips, along with a different headband that includes feathers hanging off the ends. Like the Chieftain's Challenge, the Team Fortress emblem is present on the sides.
