The Heer's Helmet is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a German Stahlhelm, with a white cover bearing the Medic's Emblem on the front. A green toque, or "Oma", is worn beneath the helmet covering the Medic's neck and ears, as worn by German soldiers during the winter months of the Second World War, particularly on the Eastern Front.
The Heer's Helmet was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
