The Tartan Shade is a promotional headwear item for the Demoman. It is a team-colored cloak with a tartan-patterned hood that covers the Demoman's head.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchase Total War: ROME II on Steam before September 3rd 2013.
The Tartan Shade was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
