The Quadwrangler is a promotional miscellaneous item for the Medic. It is a device attached to the back of the Medic's right hand with three team-colored vials equipped with a tube that flows to a plug embedded in his upper arm. It also changes the collar of the Medic's normal lab coat, giving him a much larger cowl-like collar, along with a turtle neck-like addition to his shirt.
This item was awarded in genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Quantum Conundrum on Steam before June 21st, 2012.
