- The name of this item is a reference to the Founding Fathers, political leaders and statesmen who participated in the American Revolution by signing the United States Declaration of Independence, taking part in the American Revolutionary War, and establishing the United States Constitution.
- The description references George Washington's famous quote, "I can't tell a lie, Pa."
- This item is based off of an enemy in BioShock Infinite called the Motorized Patriot, which is robot designed like George Washington and uses a minigun, similar to the Heavy.
