The Halloweiner is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a team-colored hot dog mascot hat, with a line of mustard along part of it, and with a chunk of the meat taken out of it, leaving a bitemark. The RED team hat appears to be the classic red hot dog, while the BLU team hat appears to be bratwurst.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Halloweiner was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The Halloweiner's name comes from an Invader Zim episode called Halloween Spectacular of Spooky Doom, where inhabitants of a nightmare realm are referred to as "halloweenies".
- The name of the item is a pun on the word Halloween and the term "weiner", which means hot dog.
