The Sniper on heavy armor

The Courtly Cuirass is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It replaces the Scout's default arms with shining metal plating layered in a similar fashion to those of Medieval knights.

The Courtly Cuirass was contributed to the Steam Workshop as the "Shining Armor."
