The Hanger-On Hood is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a black rubber hood with team-colored eyes, yellow antennas, and yellow butterfly shaped glasses.
This item has two styles, named "Without Headphones" and "With Headphones". The "Without Headphones" style hides the Scout's default headphones, while the "With Headphones" style retains them.
The Hanger-On Hood was contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
