The Noble Nickel Amassment of Hats is a community-created headwear item, wearable by all classes. It is a robotized version of the Noble Amassment of Hats. It has a cord around it and an antenna sticking out of the top with the Modest Metal Pile of Scrap underneath it, with bolts holding the hats together.
