The Scout on getting a Robo Community Crate Key

The Pile of Robo Community Crate Key Gifts is an action item. It is represented by several Robo Community Crate Keys, each with a red ribbon and a tag with a question mark on it.

When used, it gives a Robo Community Crate Key to up to 23 other people on the same server as the user. It can only be used once, and everyone on the server is notified of the user's generosity.

If a server has a player limit greater than 24, a Robo Community Crate Key is given to the first 23 players that connected to the server. Similarly, if the server has a player limit less than 24, it only gives out one Robo Community Crate Key to each player. The user of the tool never receives a key from their own Pile of Robo Community Crate Key Gifts.
