Notes

• The hat description was written by Fredrik1ST for the Hat Describing Contest and was slightly edited by Valve.
• A level 44 Modest Pile of Hat was given to each runner-up in the Propaganda Contest.

Bugs

• When equipped by multiple classes, and classes are switched inside spawn, the hat duplicates itself in various regions based on model-entry when class is changed. Particle effects also duplicate.
