The MK 50 is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is the helmet of the Mk.50 Compression suit from the Alien franchise.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered Alien: Isolation on Steam before October 7th, 2014.

The MK 50 was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
