- According to the item's description, one can of Bonk contains up to 12 grams of caffeine, the equivalent of over 400 cans of Coca Cola or 125 average cups of coffee. By comparison, the LD50(lethal dose for 50% of the human population) of caffeine for a 70kg (average weight) human being is only 13.44 grams.
